10. Refund Policy
10.1 Digital Training
A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase provided that:
- No restricted materials (journals, templates, bonus content) have been downloaded.
If either condition is not met, no refund shall be granted.
10.2 Downloadable Materials
No refunds are available once files have been downloaded or delivered.
10.3 Technical Failures
In the event of technical issues attributable to MMT, reasonable efforts will be made to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy (for example, an extension of access duration).

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, regardless of the country from which the User accesses or uses the Website.
For any dispute, the parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Mexico, Mexico, waiving, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any other jurisdiction or forum, whether domestic or foreign.
Where mandatory legal provisions in other jurisdictions cannot be excluded, such provisions shall apply only to the minimum extent required, without affecting the agreed primary jurisdiction.
Users may also bring claims before Mexican consumer protection authorities where applicable under Mexican law.
