National and International Data Transfers<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the digital and international nature of MMT\u2019s services, personal data may be processed, stored, or transferred to technological infrastructure located within or outside the United Mexican States, including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>United States of America;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canad\u00e1;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Member States of the European Union;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Latin America;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other jurisdictions where authorised technology providers operate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data may be shared exclusively with providers necessary for MMT\u2019s operations, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hosting service providers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment processors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educational platforms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CRM;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automation tools;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plataformas de comunidad;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Video conferencing tools;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cloud storage providers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication technology providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">By providing personal data and using MMT\u2019s services, the data subject expressly acknowledges, understands, and authorises such national and international transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. International Users<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MMT services may be offered to users located anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regardless of the data subject\u2019s country of residence, nationality, tax domicile, physical location, or the location from which access to MMT services is obtained, the data subject expressly acknowledges and agrees that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The primary processing of personal data shall be carried out from the United Mexican States.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Limitation of Liability Regarding Third Parties<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MMT selects recognised and reasonably reliable technology providers within the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, each provider operates under its own terms, policies, and security standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accordingly, MMT shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>External service interruptions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical failures by third parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unilateral changes implemented by external platforms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorised access attributable to third parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events beyond MMT\u2019s reasonable control;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Force majeure events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Data Retention<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data may be retained for such period as is reasonably necessary for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Service provision;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contractual compliance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tax compliance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulatory compliance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal audits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraud prevention;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispute management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal protection;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defence of MMT\u2019s legitimate rights and interests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deletion of personal data shall be subject to MMT\u2019s legal, tax, contractual, and legitimate defence obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection)<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data subject may exercise the following rights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rectification;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Objection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To do so, a formal request must be submitted to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>support@learningmmt.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The request must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registered email address;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reasonable proof of identity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear and precise description of the right being exercised;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sufficient information to locate the relevant data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Validation and Prevention of Abusive Requests<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MMT may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify identity and prevent fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or unauthorised requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Withdrawal of Consent<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data subject may request withdrawal of previously granted consent, provided such withdrawal does not conflict with MMT\u2019s legal, tax, contractual, regulatory, or legitimate defence obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Security Measures<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MMT implements administrative, technical, digital, and organisational measures reasonably designed to protect personal data against:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unauthorised access;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alteration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Destruction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuse;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorised disclosure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the data subject expressly acknowledges that no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security against external attacks, technological incidents, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13. Data Subject Consent<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The provision of personal data through any of MMT\u2019s official channels constitutes an express, free, informed, and unequivocal manifestation of consent regarding this Privacy Notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14. Official Language<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">This Privacy Notice has been originally drafted in the Spanish language, which shall prevail for all legal, contractual, and interpretative purposes, even where courtesy translations into other languages exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>15. Amendments to this Privacy Notice<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MMT may amend, update, expand, or modify this Privacy Notice at any time for legal, regulatory, tax, operational, commercial, or business protection purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Updates shall be published at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>www.<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/learningmmt.com\/academia\/en\/\"><strong>learningmmt.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continued use of MMT\u2019s services following any such update shall constitute express acceptance of such amendments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>16.
