Regardless of the data subject’s country of residence, nationality, tax domicile, physical location, or the location from which access to MMT services is obtained, the data subject expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

8. Limitation of Liability Regarding Third Parties

MMT selects recognised and reasonably reliable technology providers within the industry.

However, each provider operates under its own terms, policies, and security standards.

Accordingly, MMT shall not be liable for:

  • Unilateral changes implemented by external platforms;
  • Unauthorised access attributable to third parties;
  • Events beyond MMT’s reasonable control;

  • Misuse;
  • Unauthorised disclosure.

However, the data subject expressly acknowledges that no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security against external attacks, technological incidents, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure.


13. Data Subject Consent

The provision of personal data through any of MMT’s official channels constitutes an express, free, informed, and unequivocal manifestation of consent regarding this Privacy Notice.


14. Official Language

This Privacy Notice has been originally drafted in the Spanish language, which shall prevail for all legal, contractual, and interpretative purposes, even where courtesy translations into other languages exist.


15. Amendments to this Privacy Notice

MMT may amend, update, expand, or modify this Privacy Notice at any time for legal, regulatory, tax, operational, commercial, or business protection purposes.

Continued use of MMT’s services following any such update shall constitute express acceptance of such amendments.


16. Applicable Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

This Privacy Notice, as well as any legal relationship arising from the access to, use of, registration with, purchase of, or interaction with any services, platforms, digital products, communities, or official channels of MASTER MOMENTUM TRADING (MMT), shall be interpreted and governed exclusively in accordance with the laws in force in the United Mexican States.

Regardless of the data subject’s country of residence, nationality, tax domicile, physical location, or the location from which access to MMT services is obtained, the data subject expressly agrees that any controversy, claim, dispute, interpretation, administrative proceeding, extrajudicial proceeding, or judicial proceeding directly or indirectly related to the processing of personal data or to the legal relationship maintained with MMT shall be submitted exclusively, mandatorily, and irrevocably to the jurisdiction and competence of the competent courts of the State of Mexico, United Mexican States.

The data subject expressly and irrevocably waives any other jurisdiction, venue, or legal forum that may otherwise correspond by reason of present or future domicile, nationality, residence, or any other cause.
